Nice hotel and good location. BUT...why are people SO NOISY in the hallways. Roomservice was up early!! And I could hear every word. Hotels are for SLEEPING. Also our bathroom door would not shut entirely. I was also disappointed to see they took the coffee station down in the lobby at 10:30 sharp. Booo

Checking in as smooth, hotel held packages we had delivered as well. Staff was helpful and kind. Room was great, climate control is always essential so I was happy to have that ability. Restaurant was convenient but food was less than mediocre. Drinks were great though!

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Pool and hot tub were great. The lobby bar and restaurant were very handy, tasty, and staff were helpful and friendly. 10$ breakfast voucher at check-in gets you a classic breakfast of eggs, bacon, hash browns and coffee or juice. Check in and check out was a breeze. The location seemed a little sketchy. The staff dealt with unwanted visitors, and people under the influence of substances, and people hanging out the best they could and it's not isolated just to their hotel. Some areas of the hallways on our floor are in disrepair, wallpaper bubbling, peeling, and dirty looking in places. Rooms and lobby area were in good shape tho.

Stayed for 1 over night stay Oct 20/2025. We were in the city for a concert at Brandt Centre. Location from hotel is easy to n relatively close via car. Room appeared to be refreshed comfortable sofa bed n nice room layout. Amenities such as coffee, fridge n microwave in the room. Stayed here prior would again. BREAKFAST;;; TERRIBLE, everything was cold, toast was warm bread (see photo). For 12.00 clearly not worth it!!

Today my father needed a procedure at the General Hospital in Regina and I would be up early to drive him and waiting all day to hear if he was OK. Day stays at hotels are not typically available in Canada, but this hotel was available. I am thankful, grateful and will stay here again.
